No jumping while reloading?

Reload time is by far the BEST time to start jumping around (thus messing up your aim). This is the only FPS I've ever played to have such a backassward limitation - if PS is suposed to be skill based . . . LET US USE OUR SKILL.

The problem is the surge monkeys who jump and therefore warp. If they're able to reload for free, it's even uglier than it is currently.

I'd like to see you reload a gun while jumping up and down.

Dodging bullets is as much as skill as shooting them.

The "realisim" argument doesn't stand up against flying tanks and immortality.

This game is in the future, and the technology is based off of future tech, that is why Tanks can hover, and we can respawn. There is no technology that is going to make you reload a gun any better in the future. If you can't do it now, it aint gonna happen.

After centuries of non-stop combat, I think a person could learn to reload a weapon under just about any condition. Hopping on 1 foot, in handcuffs, and blindfolded for example.

Yeah, and in the future, all ammo comes in a box that is 3 inches, by 3 inches, by 3 inches. Unless it's AV ammo. WTF? Are these boxes of bullets, clips, or are the boxes the clips? Come on. Besides, I don't jump around much while reloading. But I suppose jumping and reloading is like taking a piss while running around. Not easy to do.

Nobody thought something like TV would have existed 100 years ago.

An even better example: Years ago, when you had a computer with a 2mb hard drive, 23mhz processor, and a 3.5 floppy? They thought that was the peak of technology...

But on topic, I think reloading while jumping is fine, even though I don't really do it(consciously). It costs you 10 stamina, so if you jump 3 times, that's 30 stamina...

And boys and girls, if you wanna jump around and then you're out of stamina...you're a sitting duck.

I think jumping as a dodge tactic is not a very good idea, and therefore I don't mind if other people do it.

I just want to be able to jump off the walls as I reload and shit.

The stamina penalty is still there...

This isn't a big issue for me. After all, there is no "fall down" either. Most people who are in the general are of a 75 mm and up cannon shell explosion would probably be blown backwards, if not at least knocked down. So I'm not too worrried that people can reload while jumping around.

But again, that is a piece of technology, technology evolves very fast, humans don't.

Human beigns have never been able to fly with out technology, cant live underwater without technology etc.

I don't jump for dodging purposes ever. The stamina penalty is too much, especially if I'm using surge.

The only things I use jump for:
Getting over cliffs/ledges, trying in vain to jump over mines when my EMP blast is not up, and most importantly surging off of a base wall and dropping right in front of the enemy never gets old i tell you.
