Well there is a game... I think it's rubies of enventide... once your buy the overpriced game over the net with all your credit info you can play some laggy semi-3D game with choppy graphics and crappy gameplay, game.

Blizzard Ent. has Battle.net, and its free. just buy the game and you can play online all you want. (blizzard makes the Starcraft, Warcraft, and Diablo series)

Not an mmorpg. The servers can be down for days... less players, support etc.

Anyways the game is hosted on your computer B.Net is just a big chat room and a browser for those who looks for games.

the only REAL MMO that I know of without a subscription fee is Guild Wars, and its not out yet.
