No, actually that is a real person who wrote that. I'll find the site if I can, but it's all about children and parents and computers. It's got links to all sorts of fucked up shit like online courses to prevent your kids from hacking. Although, that whole bit about quake and "30 minutes and your kid is DOSing" was probably edited in.
