This is probably insane and going to get me laughed at, but what the hell.
Suicide weapons.
Aztec's C4 Belt (Name change negotiable): Takes up a rifle slot, so cloakers won't be able to strike with silent death. Surge not useable while being worn. It does a lot of proximity damage, but it kills the wearer. Costs four cert points.
Aztec's Flying Bomb (Name change negotiable): It is a vehicle which looks like a bomb with a cockpit at the back and with stub wings. It can only be deployed by a Galaxy. It is spawned like a ground vehicle and driven into the back of a Galaxy. Once the driver presses his use button, the doors fling open and the bomb glides down. Turning will be bad. It has no engine- it is merely pulled by gravity. However, it can take very little damage on the ground, and none at all after being armed. It will detonate mid-air. There is no bailing from this vehicle. Also costs four cert points. Both can be obtained at the low price of just six cert points.

The gun katas. Through analysis of thousands of recorded gunfights, the Cleric has determined that the geometric distribution of antagonists in any gun battle is a statistically predictable element. The gun kata treats the gun as a total weapon, each fluid position representing a maximum kill zone, inflicting maximum damage on the maximum number of opponents while keeping the defender clear of the statistically traditional trajectories of return fire. By the rote mastery of this art, your firing efficiency will rise by no less than 120%. The difference of a 63% increase to lethal proficiency makes the master of the gun katas an adversary not to be taken lightly.
