Ok, everyone here seems to be in agreement and even the crowd on the OF seem to be in agreement with no flaming???

FOOLS!!! That's the first of the 7 signs of the Apocalypse �And so it was written that SOE OF shall have a flame free thread, and the oceans will boil, and the sky turn blood red, and, etc.� Do you see the chain of events you guys triggered!!! YOU JUST DOOMED US ALL!!!

Oh, and yeah, I agree with a lower cert timer too

Yeah it would be nice. It's not gonna happen though. People have been asking for this since early beta. The devs won't even acknowledge threads that suggest this, no matter how many agreeing people post in them.

I COMPLETLY DISAGREE WITH THIS METHOD!!!!


Make it a 24 hour time period to get your cert points (Or 1 cert every 3 hours) and make it so you can drop as many as you want. If they dont want an adaptable soldier then why do you get the cert points instantly? EG: That prowler/vanguard rolls up and you want your AV but dont have it certed? Well just hit that terminal and you forget that worthless BD and learn AV!! So now your fucked if you face infantry (But hey you can kill those MAXes as well). My point being that your just as versitile until you use it. So you can react to the situation and, with a small amount of forethought, be viable in upcoming situations. That is rediculous. If they want a "niche" soldier then the system that i have suggested would be much better. I could drop that HA/SA/CE/AdvH/Med for a completly new niche guy such as Inf/CE/AdvH/AdvM/UniMAX. The draw back being that I am a completly useless soldier until I get my points back. And if you dont like waiting 24 (or 12) hours then implement the 1 cert pt a hour method. That way it would at most take 23 hours to recert an entire charactor. I especailly like this method because I play almost every night at 10:30. So if my certs become available before I get back...fun ensues.

I would also like to point out that most of the target PS audience is Adult. That being said a majority of the gaming population has a job and significan others (Be they GF/BF or children or just family) that require attention. So the 23 hours isnt nearly as gruesome(SP?).
