Read the whole thing buddy and I agree with the way that you decided to try making your point however I think it was a crappy point to try and make. The amount of people on 7-10 trials that go around ****ing up the game for others is rather small in my experience. One thing you need to remember is that if SOE decides to let one guy slide through doing crap like that what about the people who do it on purpose. As I'm constantly told by my parents "This isn't a democracy its a dictatorship." you don't make any more choices in the game other than where you go, what your name is, what you look like, and how you act. The rest is up to them if they decide to nuke your account they can.

I think they should have asked you to change your name, or just changed your name. banning you was stupid, if someone is an ass to me I tell them to stop nicley before i punch them in the neck.
you just got punched in the neck without any warning.

You made a name, maybe not meaning what it implied but knowing for sure how it would be implied. Then you were banned for it.
So you made a mistake knowing you were making a mistake and were punished for it. Ahh well justice served.

Well...I do think you creating that name was semi non-thoughtout. What did you think they would see it as?
As for the punishment...it was definately a bit too harsh. A renaming and warning would have been much more appropriate. Good luck on getting your account back. |

CSRDanB is a good CSR???
What are you smoking? Garden weeds? That dude is nothing but a jackass, plain and simple. This guy (if its a guy) is the single most-hated CSR in Planetside. I would wager he's more hated than surgile jackhammers. Every time I see a CSR Nazi complaint, it's CSRDanB. I saw the screenshot, and *based strictly on what I saw* the guy just outright said "I sent you a warning." Then after the guy tried to discuss it, he got suspended. What a lovely customer service. It strongly reeks of Nazi-ism. It's "My word is law, I abuse it, you suffer, and you better not say a word because I'm an underpaid smallminded coward with a little cock and I don't want to be made fun of because I was beat up in school and BAM NOW I HAVE THE BAN STICK!" It reeks of loser-geekdom who has a taste of authority. |

sadly it does compare to that, I have gotten ticket responses from DanB. He never helps, he gives u the standard BS line. At least some of the others make a suggestion and type their own responses, he obviouly pulls it right out of a manual, those ppl are not meant to be customer SERVICE representitives, he completely lacks people skills from what i have seen

Although justified (the name broke the rules) the punishment does not fit the crime.

The gun katas. Through analysis of thousands of recorded gunfights, the Cleric has determined that the geometric distribution of antagonists in any gun battle is a statistically predictable element. The gun kata treats the gun as a total weapon, each fluid position representing a maximum kill zone, inflicting maximum damage on the maximum number of opponents while keeping the defender clear of the statistically traditional trajectories of return fire. By the rote mastery of this art, your firing efficiency will rise by no less than 120%. The difference of a 63% increase to lethal proficiency makes the master of the gun katas an adversary not to be taken lightly. |
