Do you solo or prefer squads? if you do solo, why?

Being Co-Leader of my outfit I often have to be squaded up in the platoon so I can give orders, I don't fight as much as I used to, unless I have too. Most of my time is spent looking at the map and driving my AMS around.

I prefer solo, because as a sniper I have much more success when I don't need to worry about other people. Only things that matters is myself, and whoever is on the other end of the barrel.

well, my outfit's highest CR is 3 i think. i don't do many outfit squads unless certain people are in them. and i don't do pickup groups. why? because i have yet to see any tactics in a squad. its more of me sharing my kill exp with the support classes/slackers. and its more for the SL to get more CRXP. i can get better xp solo...

i'd like to see some REAL teamwork in squads. some tactical teamwork. oh well.

Squads (and especially platoons) only really seem to benefit the people soaking up CEP from them. My BEP shrivels up when I'm sharing the xp with so many people and getting so little extra BEP in return. Sure, when I'm at 20 I won't really care but for now it's a waste.

I prefer to solo, but that's mostly because I have trouble finding a squad or even an outfit that could coordinate their way out of a paper bag.

I meant it in a good way. He's obviously not anymore, but I thought I remembered a guy with his handle who used to be an annoying little brat. Hell, if it was him he's certainly got my respect. He seems to have unscrewed himself quite well.

Usually when I take the time to get a squad together it ends up being a waste of time and effort. There are a few people I play regularly with who are good because they are competent and don't need a babysitter, but I get the feeling I do a hell of a lot more damage to the enemy when soloing. Unfortunately I am getting close to BR20 and am almost at CR3 so I am trying to work on CEP again but man it sure is frustrating when 3 out of 4 times I get a squad going nobody pays any attention to me unless I am getting a Galaxy or a Deliverer to transport their asses around.

i run my outfit i useuly form a squad tell them the battle plan and stay at the sanc. and try to get more members in my outfit and then Hart in to battle get a deliver and move the squad around but i prefer solo because u dont have to worry about giving the orders,finding to attack next for 9 other people. you just do what u want.

exactly. when your SL, alot of the time, people don't listen. when your in a squad, people don't listen to the SL and or the SL is and idiot. people soak up your BEP.

being in squad is fun if your squadded with friends. other than that...

Squadding is the only way to go, in my opinion. It's a completely different game when you can pull together a tactical squad or platoon(s). Squads look out for each other, provide all the support and transportation, and generally kick ass.
