Reaver question

I recently got my air cavalry certification and actually made a couple kills, however I have a question about how to enable the view with crosshairs enabled. When you leave the vehicle area you are presented with a 3rd person view from behind the Reaver. I have been landing outside the complex exiting the plane and re-entering in order to get the crosshairs to appear. I am sure there is an easier way using the keyboard. I hope a pilot out here can assist me. By the way the forum has been very informative. Keep up the good work.

Thanks

Crap, I'm so used to switching between 3rd and 1st person, I hit the appropriate key automatically without thinking about what I'm hitting. However, I believe if you tap "T," that should solve all your problems. I think that's right...

The vehicle will do its "automatic drive" animation thing, and then it switches to true third person. Just hit T like everyone says and you're good to go.

Although, when you're flying, sometimes third-person isn't a bad thing, like evading incoming aircraft fire.

3rd person is the win! how else would you look around corners?
Ever notice in towers, the HA hoares with weapons drawn stuffing their face in the wall?

You sorta flicker into 3rd person to get an idea of your surroundings and peak around corners without actually being seen. Then turn on surge and jump around a lot in circles around your target, while unloading into the planetside equivilant of a deer caught in the headlights.
