Yet another new bug that has popped up in the last patch. Tanks don't have to be going top speed to kill an infiltrator. As a matter of fact, they can be barely moving and it's instant death. I guess that would make sense if every foot soldier was equally vulnerable, but that's not the case. Just the invisible guys. After getting squashed a few times I took a tank out and tried it. Rexo or agile? I shove the guys around. Infil? Squish.
Just last night I found a Magrider with no driver but a gunner, I pulled the standard infil CE move of running around the Mag dropping mines so that they'd instantly go off when they formed. After dropping a couple the driver arrived back at the Mag and got in. The instant he did I was killed, apparently the slight movement of the Mag as soon as he got in the driver's seat was enough to squash me. Where's the love, devs? |

* Fixed a bug in ground vehicles where running over users with 0 armor will not kill them, but users with some armor points die instantly.*
I guess they tweaked it just a little too far... do an /appeal in the game if this is true. I for one have to say I'm happy you can actually run over infils for once and kill them. Never understood that bug, when I can run over a max and death and run over an infil and nothing. ~Tide |

A car moving 22kph hits a pedestrian... That's enough to break the pedestrian's knees/pelvis and cause them to fall in front of a wheel.
It may be a bug, but it's not completely ridiculous.

Agreed. I flick Darklight on hundreds of times per playsession, despite the perceived threat by cloakers.
Cloakers need some lovin'. Vehicle bumpers need some cleanin'.

There aren't a lot of cloakers left out there. I traded in my audio amp for Darklight vision last week and it has only bagged me 3 cloakers the whole time. Cloakers are either a dying breed, or people are starting to use the infiltration suit as just one part of their toolkits.

Sand...In my opinion I think the infiltrator is a work of art if you have the patience to play him whilst respawning over and over to complete your objective. I have a main character grunt that I play but when I'm in the mood to fly and infiltrate, i use that trusty alt that is so fun to use. Hopefully the bugs will be fixed soon with the infiltrator.
