****WARNING**** I'M NOT SAYING IT WILL

****BUT**** what if it's not all it's hyped up to be? I know I have this game built waaaay up in my head. I can't wait for it, what happens if somehow it's not what we all hope for? I'm gonna be seriously bummed out for a while. I'll probably swear off games for a good while. What would you do? I can't imagine how bummed I'd be.

The Gamespot movies muliplied my excitement by 10....

It looks better then what i hyped it up to be...

Oh well ill move on and wait for DOOM3 like I will be anyways not to mention deusx 2 and unreal2 and postal 2 (for kicks) and a million other sweet games

Bah, you guys worry too much. Even if it doesnt meet your standards of the "best game ever", it still looks like a great game even from the movies. Plus, most of the fun comes out of being in groups..which not even the devs can take away from us!

Im glad others are worrying about this as well.
I just have this feeling that the guns wont feel good(if thats the right words).
Like in UT2003, one of the problems i found was that when i fired the standard rifle, it didnt feel like i was firing anything and that turned me away from the game. And a few other reallyu great potential games had the same problem. (Battlefield 1942 from what i can remember also has the same problem)).

This might sound pretty weird, but having the right feel for a gun is pretty critical for me anyway.

Oh well i just hope they get it right.

Nav, any game that lets us inflict damage on a massive scale is going to rock. And there's the added bonus that I get to bounce a grenade off of a wall and blow you up every now and again.

it would be sweet and as a added bonus when your getting shot you aim would be off and so would your ability to shoot ,but than again that would give an advantage to those who dont have it ....welll there goes that idea

hamma, did the guns feel substantial? like in MOHAAS or SOF2, those games have firearms that feel solid and substantial, unlike BF 1.2 (just played an accidentally released version of 1.3 and they are definitely taking steps to correct the wispiness of the weapons)

did u have fun? was it atmospheric or surreal?

From the videos, the Punisher looked like it had a lot of kick each and every shot. Plus the gernade part is single load which is so COOL

But...I think there is a very good chance it will live up to my expectations.
