What was the lightning's top speed before it got buffed to 75 KpM in the ammo patch?

How fast could the lightning go before the last patch? It was recently buffed to a max speed of 75. What was the max speed before the buff?

I am pretty sure it was 68.

69Kph on a flat road...substantially less with any sort of incline. I miss being able to floor it and do 69 on the highway

Of course, the Lightning is a one person tank...so the ability to do 69 was wasted...need at least a two person vehicle for that speed....

And this is why you do not feed me sugar...damn donuts...
