You can also do a through file scan, like in Everquest, where the game updater throughly scans ever file for CRC checks and like wise, WARNING this may take upwards of hours.
That sounds like a corrupt zone file, but it is good if you can get info about his computer.

Yeah, do a "Full Scan" from the launchpad, that might help. It goes through each file thoroughly and usually is able to find and correct files that have been corrupted in a way that the regular scan doesn't catch.

do a full scan twice ad see if it works then. Yeserday the Buildings in teh Caverns did no appear, so i souldn't do anything in them but i full scanned twic ad it worked
