Actually they said alot of good things. But if you know the community there. Every mod is a good mod to them.

Plus im willing to bet most of them haven't even played PS. Except for those who said they tried the 7 day trial.

They only say nice things not to discourage the mod makers.

Yeah, I'd sooner just play Planetside, but that mod might encourage me to play BF every once in a while just for fun.

Um... he's using the same textures as PS does... if I'm not mistaken, that is quite illegal.

What was that mod for Quake3 that combined characters from Doom, Quake1, Quake2, and Quake3? Wasn't it cronicals or something like that...

The creator made all his own textures and just loosely based them off other games yet he still got raped by a bunch of suits.

So if this guy is using Sony textures he is going to feel the black hand of SOE on his left cheek tomorrow morning...

Either way this guys gonna run into some legal issues with SONY. He's using the empire symbols and names.

If he contacted SOE first, I'm sure there would be no problem, as this mod would do nothing but help PS. It would be like a whole new marketing campaign. If he doesn't sell it, is it considered non-commercial?
