Patch 2.6, pray they fix the infiltrator stuff for 2.6

I think (although the devs have said so) that infil buffs are coming and is not a question of if, but when.

im cool with all of it except this * Latice introduction kills back hacking (Good idea happened in beta)
* REK Beam changed to show when infiltrator is hacking (Final Beta).
* Obnoxious sound added to REK .
