Do we get to choose what continent we start on or... do we all start in the sanctuary... (im talkin bout like when we first start the game)

The sanctuary has lots of warpgates so it won't take any time at all to get to another continent to start fightin.

wait are you talking about when the game begins (read above posts), or when you enter the game later down the line (get to pick where you want to be dropped of by only in areas under your empires control)
