Every time I go forward a new page, I move the cursor and there's a bit of lag. It can't have something to do with my mouse, it must be something on the PC. Any suggestions?
EDIT - Yesterday it didn't say it needed defragging, now it says it does. The only thing I installed yesterday was the latest NVIDIA Forceware drivers. The other 20 or so gigs is made up of games. EDIT 2 - Defrag is done, didn't seem to do anything. I'm getting lag in games, like CoD. Which I didn't before. Last edited by Octavian; 2004-03-19 at 01:26 AM. |

somethings fuxed up. post some system specs and stuff, and one of us computer science nerds might be able to help ya figure out whats wrong.
edit: might be low virtual memory and/or too many background applications... there are a whole bunch of other possibilities but again, some detailed info would be needed... |

You may want to try removing your old NV drivers with driver cleaner avaliblehere
then reinstall, somtimes NV drivers don't remove the old ones totaly and leave nasty files you need to get rid of
