So I go to log into Planetside today, and it says I don't have a subscription. Funny, I'm pretty damn sure I do. I pay my bills, my credit card is active, and I was not notified of any changes otherwise.
Anyone have this problem? And who the heck do I call/email to figure out what is going on? EDIT: It says the account was closed, and on the account manager it says I can reactive a cancelled account... I see no option for that and it says "You are currently subscribed to: PlanetSide Subscription 1 month , $12.99" So confused. Last edited by Firefly; 2004-03-26 at 10:03 AM. |

I'm always calm. I don't get angry or upset over things I consider myself to be above.
But that damn form letter pisses me off. I just wasted my time reporting a problem or /appealing something lame, and I get the "Hello my name is CSR Blah Blah, please use the forum!" |
