I was wondering what your opinion of the simpsons... I used to like them, but now the show is getting repetitive... post your thoughts

I hate how every plot involves them going on some weird adventure. The older episodes are so much more creative when each character or groups of characters had their own plots going through out the episodes and would eventually meet up. It seemed so much more realistic now its just getting old and repetive because its been going on too long and they've used all the ideas.
