He gets hit because he is an idiot - then his parents sue the railroad company claiming "..a total lack of caution and concern for their reckless operation of equipment resulting in the death of their beloved and intelligent son..." causing the insurance company to pay out millions. His foot was inches from the train when he jumped outta the way. If he had delayed 1/10th of a second to jump he probably would of lost his leg.

Evertime I see this I can't stop picturing the train conductors face when he sees this guy jump infront of him and start dancing.

Im thinking the guy had too many lunch beers at work or something.
