Well, according to the guy from the "Why Macs Suck" video, you should be able to undelete it from DOS. I have a copy of "DOS 6 For Dummies" that I could lend you.

I don't think a solution exists because nobody have ever felt compelled to delete if before, how did you manage it BTW?

It baffles the mind. It's one of Earth's greatest Unsolved Mysteries. To delete Notepad, he'd have to go into Windows/Prefetch and delete the two there, and then delete another one somewhere else.

Well, Rayder's post suggests that he didn't delete Notepad, it just doesn't work anymore. Maybe he raped it by accident, thinking it was Squeeks.

There are three Notepad associated files, two in Windows/Prefetch, and one somewhere else in the Windows folder. The two in Prefetch were still there according to Dhark, so the other one could have been deleted.
