uhm... that was a list he assembled of stuff he is going to get... yeah...
if you want some software that can analyze your computer and its components, I would go to www.futuremark.com and get 3dMark03 (for a gaming test) or PC Wizard 2004 (for more complex component-specific analysis and benchmarking). |

when i play ps training(free cuz i havent begun paying yet and doesnt have my internet established) then... it just freezes, and its the whole computer if i press numlock, capslock, scrolllock, they dont light up, and its the same time every time. and if i warp to sanctuary i crash through the earth landing in a black hole where i cant move or anything. but i can press alt+F4, but only in the sanctuary. so i thougt it might be my computer, but isnt this enough to play???

Yes steffan, that machine is enough to play PS.
Suggestions - remove, fully, video drivers and reinstall. Maybe try a cpl older drivers also. Use one of the driver removal utilities you can usually find at video card sites like nvnews or something. Also what mb do you have? If its a name brand try and find a forum that covers that model and see if there are any bios tips for it on how to best set it up. The 5200 is defintely nothing special, and PS pushes it about to its limit. So make sure your graphics settings in game are fairly low, your view distance is down, and adv features are off. Also another 512 ram could make all the difference. I would say 512 ram, and a better video card would turn your machine totally around. |
