Cant login for 10day War

Is anyone else having probs trying to login for the 10day war. It keeps telling me that i need to subscribe. Since i cant post for help on the ps board this is the next best thing.

Do a full scan and then try again. That worked for me.

I cant get to the scan part of launchpad until i log in . Its still telling me i need to subscribe to planetside when i try. Now i remember why i quit this game

Did you guys get an e-mail from SOE with a reactivation code or something, or are you supposed to be able to log on just like that?

From what ive read you simply need to login, but being planetside i assume there is a bug somewhere they forgot to find before starting this trial

Trial accounts don't work. You need to have bought the game and used the CD key.

I am also unable to login. Wonder if they only reactivated accounts that ended more than a month ago. Mine ended May 21st

Hmm good question mine ended a little less than a month ago as well. Can someone with a subscription please ask in the offical forum if there is a problem with accounts that ended less than a month ago not being able to get in on the free 10 days?

Hmm... mine ended may 23rd, so maybe they have a cut-off point... though a guy from my outfit who left 7 months ago couldn't log on either. It's odd.

Ok, lemme start off by pointing out this is my first ever post on these boards. Yay.

now, I read about the account reactivation, and my account expired on the 6th. The account reactivations started on the 5th, right? I figured my account would still be active for another week, enough time for me to save up enough money to get another card. Sadly, when I just tried to login, it says I no longer have a planetside Subscibtion...
So, when they reactivated the accounts, they just "reactivated the inactive accounts at the time" right? So when mine ran out the next day, mine was seen as active at the time and didn't get the extra days... Someone Help me out here...
