alright, so with all this AGN stuff and, soon, meeting face-to-face, this might be a good idea.
mispronouncing peoples' names embarrasses everyone involved, so it's good to sort that out; also, with the mobilization coming, you may want to remind us of what you look like, since we usually associate your name with an avatar or signature, not your face. i'll start it off, i suppose. "martyr," despite being deceptively short, is commonly mispronounced or mis-truncated to things like "mart," "marty," or worst of all, "Marty R.". i am not Marty R. or mar-teer; it's one word, pronounced, simply, mar-Ter (or, if you prefer, mahr-tehr. soft vowels.) and as for what i look like, i'll skip the usual image for something less threatening in this case, should anyone need to show this thread to their parents. so, here's me, image chosen by triggar:

Any attempts at making this thread parent-safe are effectively null and void.

The gun katas. Through analysis of thousands of recorded gunfights, the Cleric has determined that the geometric distribution of antagonists in any gun battle is a statistically predictable element. The gun kata treats the gun as a total weapon, each fluid position representing a maximum kill zone, inflicting maximum damage on the maximum number of opponents while keeping the defender clear of the statistically traditional trajectories of return fire. By the rote mastery of this art, your firing efficiency will rise by no less than 120%. The difference of a 63% increase to lethal proficiency makes the master of the gun katas an adversary not to be taken lightly. |
