We have some interesting alias's here on PSU. I was wondering if anybody would be willing to share their alias's orgin.
Well, Heavygain came from starcraft, I was always terran, always had a big ass yomato gun thing, gained a shitload of territory FAST, and my old clan named me. We disbanded cause some asshat thought that he could lead us better and left, and many followed. Forsake, doesnt mean jackshit, if hamma were to read this, PLEASE GOD BRING BACK TEH HEAVYGAIN! |

Patially blanked out Speedway sign.
Malachi comes from (dur) the Bible, and I use it simply 'cause its the most bad-assed religious name ever. Magnus comes from a childrens book. See Bad-Assed namitude. Melchior is one of the three Wise men. Guildenstern is from a Shakespearean play, which I happen to adore. And thats all of my Alias'/Thier origins.

Well to find the origins of Derfud, we must first explore the origins, of the original name. Derfu. I created the name Derfu while playeing perfect dark on my gameboy colour, when it asked me to put in my name, I hit all the buttons at random, and Derfu came out. When I made my first hotmail address I tried to use Derfu, but it was already taken, so I added the D, thought it flowed better, thus creating Derfud, But when I'm playing a RPG I always name my character Svordjik, I dont know why, I just thought it sounded cool, and relatively norse.

The first name I ever used on a forum was Olaf da Fool, which was for a zelda site my friend spammed. I always had associated zelda and the like to midevil stuff and D&D, so I picked out a random D&D-ish name. I used that name elsewhere. Soon, another started to call me Ofaloaf, sorta like how shoey2u used to change names a little. I use Ofaloaf in some places, and Olaf da Fool in others.

Back in Earth and Beyond beta they asked me for a charaectar name and I was watching TV at the same time I was installing and about to play the beta and I heard on Extended Playe (now Xplay on G4TechTV) that the japaneese name of Resident Evil was Biohazard. Due to my piss poor spelling I put two Zs instead of one. The 56 comes from when Planetside went retail and the name Biohazzard was already taken, and BlackKnight5628 was my old AIM Screename so logically 56.

When Martyr and I were still in the early stages of our budding relationship, I called him "Trigger" because of his affection for guns. When the time came for me to choose a name for the now defunct Avion forums (my school's newspaper), I was at a loss as to what to make my nick. So Martyr enlisted the help of his friend MVTek who dubbed me "TriggerHappy" in honor of my massive crush on the man formerly referred to as "Trigger".
But then when I started to play Planetside, the name "TriggerHappy" was of course taken, as was the name "Trigger", so I was stuck with the name "Triggar".
