The reason you can't see the guy on the bike is he was too close to the guy, and was not in the range of the camera that was taking the rear picture. Basically the only military application is stated in the article.
Edit: and by the way, you can see one leg of the tripod that had the camera on it, on the left, (his right) of the guy in the poncho. |
