Anyone know of a Fan that works reliably and cools down your tower nicely aswell as keep silent? I need to know if anyone has any ideas.

Is this a fan for the case or a heatsink/fan combo for the CPU?

If it's for the case, you're gonna want more than 1 fan, preferably 2 at the front and back, 1 on the side, and a blowhole up top extracting all the trapped heat.

If it's for the CPU, tell me what CPU you have and I will post some reccomendations

Got some pretty good cooling set up on my rig, but it's not too quiet, you could get a loud fan that pushes a decent amount of air, but hook it up to a fan speed controller to slow it down and keep it quiet for when you goto sleep.

Well, I'm about to get a new case so I dunno right now about that. The fan is mainly for heatsink on my system as it is sometimes getting up into the 95-100 degrees area.

The larger, the quieter, if you can fit a 120mm fan in your case, you'll get good CFM at a much lower rpm than an 80mm, which makes it much quieter, and Zalman makes great heatsink fan combos that are very quiet, and cool very nicely.

Vantec Stealths are the best quiet fans on the market that i've seen. This is when you calculate noise and air flow.
