That one example of the guy at the phone booth getting beat was fucked up. If some asshole hits me in the face with a beer bottle "causing significant injury", throws kicks and punches, then dashes over and reaches in his van, I sure as hell am going to put a clip in his ass regardless of any bullshit law about "over-reacting".
