I just want either a bigger clip or less bloom for the gaus to put it in line with the cycler. I also want a faster activate time on the shield.

NC MAX ability is next to worthless, only works when not firing, and it takes around the same time to charge as a shield on a Lightning. Jackhammer, it's ok, on par with the MCG, however the Lasher is much better for combat in bases. Vanguard, kicks ass. Thunderer, same boat.
