Can't Start Windows

When I start Windows it goes all right until it gets to that blue checking drive screen after it checks the drive or if I skip the check it just freezes right there any clue on how to fix that. Best if I can fix it in an hour and 30 minutes because my dad won't be too happy to find out I messed up my other computer.

you need the windows boot CD, and you need to to a repair install

Bah I might as well format using a boot disk since I've had to do it for a while now.
