ATI Graphics Question

Are any of you familiar with this problem?

http://www.2and2.net/Priv/PSScreenShot0000.JPG

This seems to be the only texture that does not render correctly. Capitol and WG force domes render as expected. But base shield module shields are drawn with large squares. The further away you get the larger the squares and when you change your angel of viewing they flicker and sometimes vanish making it hard to pick out a target on the other side.

Any ideas?

I'm using the ATI Radeon X800XT Platinum.
