dude, the NCA? Thats long gone buddy. I was in charge of the black hawks when that whole thing was put together. it was ultimately deemed useless so it was closed.

not sure if Im thinking of the right one. this was with the Black Hawks, Legendary Rebels, 7th Corps (I think) and a couple other outfits. maybe hostile takeover, I dont really remember, it was like a year ago and I rarely visited the website.
