Why blizzard?

At least with most people i have meet, starcraft is more popular then warcraft (1, 2, & 3). Why is it that blizzard has made no sequals to starcraft? They made 3 warcrafts, but only 1 starcraft. What is the logic behind that. Big companies like blizzard dont act randomly. I am sure they did that for a reason.

They say WarCraft sold better, but I agree, everyone I know likes StarCraft better. Seems to me if they made more sequels to SC, they would have sold well. Makes no sense to me.

Starcraft had Brood Wars. Wouldn't mind seeing a Starcraft 2 though.

It's true, StarCraft: Brood War > WarCraft III: The Frozen Throne in almost any way. And I have reasons too...

I really wish that Blizzard would make a StarCraft sequel, but alas, Blizzard doesn't seem to like StarCraft.

Warcraft and Warcraft II were both out before Starcraft. Only Warcraft III came out after Starcraft, so it's not like they've been putting undue focus on one series over the other. Those first 2 Warcrafts sold like mad too, so it is their prime property.
