Question about lockers

I haven't seen an answer to this question I have had about lockers for a while now, and if this has already been asked, could someone please post a link? Anyway, I was wondering how exactly lockers will work. Lets say I find a Jackhammer on the ground that I want to keep, so I run to the nearest base/tower/building with a locker, and stuff it in there. Will I be able to grab my Jackhammer from any locker, or only the locker that I put it in? If it is the second answer, is there anything that keeps other people from opening that locker and taking the gun that I worked so hard to find?

Thanks for taking the time to read and answer this!

I don't know much about lockers, all I know is that you can store quite a bit of stuff in them, depending on the size of the item.

Cool Those lockers

As far as i know when you pick up the item and put it in your locker, you will be able to retrive it from any (allied) base in the game. also the size of the lockers are like 2 max suit inventorys.

Cool

well generally the bigger the armor the larger the internal invetory so, it's only natural that the largest armor be the "battlefield Locker" so to speak. and if you die your not gonna care about the shit that was in your inventory if you get it for free soo... yea

Proceed with the lockdown. J/K Find what you want to know using the search button, try different words or phrases, if nothing comes up, then post what your curious about. Nothing personal but, some people love to break out the flamethrowers for stuff like this. Just watch your back and in time you'll figure it out.
