It's getting colder, so post your temps!


Hmm, I know asus probe isn't the most reliable software, but I get the same temps with mbm5, so anyway -



Not bad for budget air cooling

edit - that's load temp by the way usually around 42C load.

Wait. Current temps, load temps?

:: messes with his 5 fan speed controllers, bumping all his fans up to max ::

HAHA it sounds like a vacuum cleaner now. Ok, so I'm just supposed to post the current temp of my computer? Blah. Lets throw some load temps in here too!

As they say, a picture is worth a thousand words.

Basically, I monitored a 3DMark03 test and this was the result:

edit- note: I turned off my OCs for this test to aid my temps a bit .

Thats the highest temp it hit, probably during one of the CPU load tests. It averaged 38 C during the course of the test, while the case temp was 34 C.

I know, but it was probably around 45 for most of the test.

47 is not high. Your cpu can live at 50+ load its entire life without any real problems.

How can it have been around 45 for most of the test when it averaged a temp of 38, with a low of 31 and a high of 47?
