Hmmm indeed. The part of this I have yet to harness is the correct choice of wine, I always seem to choose something that tastes too much like fruit when it should be stronger and etc.

Cheese from the can is so wrong .. And yes sputty I am right that way you dont have to buy 2 kinds of cheese you can slice off a block as well a grate the cheese for pizza makes more sense
