If you mean change your title to soething personal you have to have sex with Hamma or Marsman and send them money. IF you mean an actual avatar, make it oir find it and post it on a site.

I dont reccomend spamming lol.

Anyway, once you do that you can click the user cp in the top left, then click edit options. It's near the bottom

Just go to some cool site, copy the img, resize to 65by65 pixels, you don't need to post it up, just link from your hard drive.
