The gun katas. Through analysis of thousands of recorded gunfights, the Cleric has determined that the geometric distribution of antagonists in any gun battle is a statistically predictable element. The gun kata treats the gun as a total weapon, each fluid position representing a maximum kill zone, inflicting maximum damage on the maximum number of opponents while keeping the defender clear of the statistically traditional trajectories of return fire. By the rote mastery of this art, your firing efficiency will rise by no less than 120%. The difference of a 63% increase to lethal proficiency makes the master of the gun katas an adversary not to be taken lightly.

Yeah, for that kind of visibility, that was a pretty dead-on hit. But maybe it was a dead-on hit because of that visibility, who knows!

Good find though!

Can't figure out how they would stage that. Although I can't figure out what happened either.

1. Make a bunch of smoke by putting some dirt on the track and have the cars drive over it.
2. Time it so after the main wave of cars passes a car with a brick on the gas and the wheel tied to the left flys through and turns left into the wall.
3. Have another car with a brick on the gas and wheel tied strait drive into the second one.
4. Explosion.

You can make a car like that go from 0 to 100 in about 5 seconds by having it in park with the brick on the peddle for about 10 seconds and then shifting it into drive. Notice how the background of the track is convienently shielded by dust. Also, you don't hear any screams from the on-lookers.

Bad conspiricy theory there... and since when did GT cars have a sloshbox? Too many auto drivers in the US.

Basically - It was foggy and rainy as fuck and the porsche spun off, the pace car in front was going too fast and jammed on the brakes for a turn causing a domino effect - the guy in the ferrari swerved so he wouldnt rear end the guy in front of him, but because it was so wet, he spun off, hit the porsche, ruptured a fuel cell and caused a big bang.

News report and source

Also, theres the full video Here and also an aftermath video, those marshalls are extremely incompetant.
