Cant log into planetside

Hi there guys
Last month i subscribed to 3 months of planetside. The first month out the 3 months has just finished 25/11/04.
I attempted to log into the game on the 27/11/04, and it has told me that i dont have a subscription. So i thought it maybe a mistake i made, and i only subscribed to 1 month. So i went and subscribed again, and it said my new subscription will take place at the end of my current 3 months subscription. So basiclly i did subscribe to 3 months. So i continued to try and log into the game, but it still says i dont have a subscription, and wont let me into the game. I cannot login to the forums either. It dont understand what could me the problem. ive emailed customer support, but they aint replied. Any 1 else had a problem like this? or can any 1 tell me why or what may be happening.

Try doing a live chat with a CSR. There's a link on the main site somewhere, and in the sig of the TSR in the planetside.com forums. The community can't really help you, since we don't have access to subscription information and stuff. We can only help you with technical problems.
