Use a single-blade (or double) razor and dont go more than 2 times over the same spot. That'll save you a TON of problems. Lather that shit up and dont go against the grain. It wont be a close shave...but its a too close of a shave that causes razorburn.
Try exfoliating your skin to help the pain. Otherwise...wait it out, the hair will come out again soon.
