Now, since my friend of mine suddenly decided to not do my lighting setup, as agreed by him 50 trillion years ago, in the dawn of time, I need to do it myself - however, I really dont know how, and figured the folks here in the tech forum might
Im ordering 8 5500mcd blue LEDs for my computer. What I want to do, is make it so that the brightness of the LEDs are adjusted according to how hard the PC is working - originally, there was to be a program that averaged the CPU and GPU usage in percentiles, and then applied that percentile to the LED's, as so... 50% CPU Usage + 50% GPU usage --------- 50% average usage = 50% brightness for LED's. However, myself having no experience writing programs at all, how should I go about pursuing a project like this? Sure, I could settle for a normal casefull of lights, but this project promises to be worth the trouble.
