Few questions.

Ok, I got a radeon 9800 pro for xmas and I'm pretty sure I need a new power supply before I can actually run the thing. (currently running 250 watt PSU) I also think I need to get a new case for better cooling nw o(currently using a stock dell case). also if I were to get a new case would I need to get a heatsink for my CPU? (yes, I am going to have someone who knows more about what they are doing before I start installing stuff)
