Tonight im ordering a new video card and Im probably gonna get a lower end radeon card (9000pro-9100) because Im trying to keep cost down. Im def gonna get a 128mb car either way. So can someone recommend a 128mb card that fairly cheap? Id LOVE to get a ti4200 with 128mb but its a little more then I can spend right now.
P.S. stupid question but does the an on the cpu heatsync blow in towards the cpu or suck the heat off of it? If it sucks it off im going to put another fan on the side of the case across from the cpu sucking even more air off (that'd bring the LOUD fan total to 4 fans). I have some minor overheating issues that are almost 100% fixed now

the heatsink doesn't actually blow anything, it's just the metal piece above the cpu (with the fan sittng on top of it). But, to answer your question, it sucks heat off the cpu and the fan blows it away. So, yeah, adding another fan in the case will probably help if you are having heating issues. Make sure the case has some decent airflow in it though. No use in adding a bunch of fans if the case is too congested with wires over the fans for the air to circulate.
