Which is better?

I'm sorry to ask you this, but does this look like a good card? http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...127-152&depa=0 It's a 9600Pro, but I want to make sure if its a good company or not, and seeing as your a moderator in the Tech Forum, I'm sure you might know something about it. yeah MSI is fine. Something to know is that all ATI cards of some vereity say 9600 pro are goign to adhear to the minumum specs put out by ATI(basicaly built by ATI cards are the min specs) and companies only can make the cards better, realy.
Now some companies do make poor quality products that break easily but most stuff you see on new egg is going to be fine.
