WoW sickness: it exists

well im sick right now =( as you probably could of guessed with me moaping around on IRC and bitching... in anycase. im pretty sur ei have WoW sickness and heres why: on friday nite i decided to stay up till 3 in the morn playing WoW, i got a bit of a soar throught and decided to log off for the nite. i went to bed and when i woke up the next morning i had a high fever, a rapid pulse, a soar throught, and aches and pains. in short, i do belive i have a WoW sickness..and it fucking sucks.

Seriously staying up late, or getting little sleep, and especially both, is havok on your immune system. As a word of advice. If your going to powergame, drink lots of water. And go to sleep when you get to a good stopping point. That last little quest that should take 20 min tops, is going to take an hour atleast.

it can get quite cold at night, so dont be playing in a t shirt and boxers

you may have been also fighting a cold and had been winning, but you missed a lot of sleep and your body couldnt fight it as good, if you had gone to sleep normally you probably wouldnt be sick now

when on gaming binges make sure you are:

*well clothed
*well hydrated
*not sick
*not hungry

binging when sick will only make you more sick

This applies to ALL binging! Be it Games (the most dangeous), alcohol, or a narcotic (non-lethal). Also if your drinking, add in

*A minimum 1:1 Ratio of female : male

Doing anything but weed whilst around hot women can lead to... mistakes. X especially.
