Low ping?

Was just wonder where is the european server located? Germany?
And what kind of connection do you need to get ping 0-200 (enough to play)? Would 32 kb/s be ok to play?

About a year ago I had 44 kb/s but I was atleast 1000 miles away from the european server, so I played on the US west one and I was getting a ton of FPS lag and just...lag (300+ ping). In battles I had 15-20 FPS and 40-60 in sanc. Also I was getting some FPS spikes...The game would freez for 5 secs to 5 mins (after which I find myself in sanc...)

So, would 32 kb/s (256 Kbits) be ok to play or should I get better?

Side-note:
My sistem is - intel celeron 2.4 Ghz, 512 mb DDR 400, Gforce 4 SE 128mb

I think it is in the Netherlands. I pinged it last year but forgot where it went.

erm, as for internet, you on a modem??? +300 kb/s i say is recommended.

If you want higher quality and little lag, get more ram, aim for 1 gb, but not in one go, build up steddly untill you find the right number for your pc.

Huh...Sure I can dream of those kinda speeds...Highest I can actually get is 1 Mbit (about 100 kb/s) and that costs me 60 USD a month which is a little too much for me, I only make 300$ a month

Another thing is, I also have a Intel Celeron 2.4ghz and everyones telling me that it is shit, so I'm getting a new one aswell. And yes a little ram wouldn't hurt.
In Sweden you can get 24mb internet connection, but I have 12mb cos I got told that it works faster. About 50$ a month i think.
