Would these specs be alright?

I am going to build a new PC. Would these specs play the game alright?

MSI KT4 Ultra motherboard

athlonxp 2800+

1gb ddr400

nvidia 128mb fx5200

I honestly don't know about the motherboard,
but the processor should work (considering I'm using a 2200+).
The 1 GB of RAM should be good, depends on the maker of the RAM.
I would suggest if you are going to use an FX5200, try to swing
for the nVidia FX5200 Ultra, so you will get a little better performance.
