they should make ce and engi seperate

no, but adv med has something to do with med ce doesn't have anything to do with engi

CE has to do with eng in the fact that they both involve building with nanites. Eng is rebuilding veh and armor, and CE is building turrets and such. Hence they logically go together...

Also think about how many more people would have CE if it was just 2 points...
There'd be waaaay to many mines and spits out on the field.
