It was quite a large storm, I didn't get a chance to take pictures during the storm or right after because, of course, my camera's batteries were dead.
So here are pictures from 2 days after My doormat and footprints nicely solidified in ice Here are some leaves that didn't quite finish falling, completely covered by ice, you can see some on the bottom. The branches are also ice-covered Here are pictures of some of the hail stones on my car. Most of the hail was pea sized, but at times there were bigger ones A bunch of downed trees... The trees were extremely fragile due to them being frozen in ice, that coupled with strong winds and the lightning caused quite a few trees to hit power lines. There were 376 reported downed power lines in my county alone Large amounts of ice were all over the place, especially on branches. You can see this easily on the frozen branch here More chunks of ice encasing branches You can clearly see how this branch is completely encased in ice I wish I could have gotten pictures of things such as trees that had fallen into power lines or other such things, but like I said, no batteries until I got my power back... |

We get ice storms like there here in NY alot of the time. It happens in the spring more than ever. Its even worse than what your showing. One time my car was encased in 3/4ths of an inch of ice. I parked it in a garage and took a hair dryer to it to get it out... Pushing it wasnt hard either... the E brake was on and tires slide on ice quite easy... (pulled it on jacks inside the garage)..
and 2 days ago NY had a HUGE wind storm. People all over the state are with power.... infact Electro might be without power too... |

We've been getting more and more ice storms here, Just doesn't get as cold or something, three years ago we had a storm that put us out of school for a week, and we were without power for 8 days.
They're hella cool when it doesn't fuck with what your doing, clear coat on everything, hehe.

The gun katas. Through analysis of thousands of recorded gunfights, the Cleric has determined that the geometric distribution of antagonists in any gun battle is a statistically predictable element. The gun kata treats the gun as a total weapon, each fluid position representing a maximum kill zone, inflicting maximum damage on the maximum number of opponents while keeping the defender clear of the statistically traditional trajectories of return fire. By the rote mastery of this art, your firing efficiency will rise by no less than 120%. The difference of a 63% increase to lethal proficiency makes the master of the gun katas an adversary not to be taken lightly. |
