PS running so slow its unbearable

Lately PS has been running like utter crap even though it never used to be this bad. With all settings on low I get single digit FPS even if its only one person shooting at me. I need help because I cant play this way. How can I host the DxDiag file so It doesnt fill up this thread?

Specs:
Asus A7Vx333 Motherboard
AMD Athlon 2400 XP 2.0gz
Radeon 9600 128mb w/ Latest Omega Drivers
1 Gig RAM

I would assume that this is from fragmentation/virus/spyware/adware first. If all else fails, reinstall the altest direct x and new video drivers.

The DxDiag file is really only useful to the TRUE techies out there.
