any idea to help me out would like a good font but i can find a good one

i want it to say Crash125k

i've found a couple good fonts here http://www.1001freefonts.com/main.htm but you can do a google search for fonts and come up with tons of other places.

Just make sure you shrink the width down a bit

pretty new to photoshop

in photoshop go to Image | Image Size... and tweak it till it's somewhere around the size of Hamma or my sig
